1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 Service Provider
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of CenterStage (the “Service”), a cloud-based event operations platform developed, operated and provided by 2 Stream BV, a private limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Excelsiorlaan 9, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 1004.974.933 (“2 Stream”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 Business Customers
The Service is intended exclusively for business and professional use and is not offered to consumers acting for personal, household or other non-professional purposes. The business organization contracting with 2 Stream is the “Customer”.
1.3 Contractual Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms form part of a commercial agreement only where that agreement expressly references them and the applicable version has been made available to the Customer before acceptance in a form it can save and reproduce. By signing or otherwise accepting that agreement, the Customer agrees to these Terms and is responsible for compliance by its authorized users.
The agreement consists of the accepted quotation/order or negotiated commercial agreement, these Terms and any expressly incorporated schedules and agreements. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA), where applicable, governs processing of personal data on the Customer's behalf and prevails on those matters. Individually negotiated commercial provisions prevail over these Terms in case of conflict, except that neither document overrides mandatory law. See Clause 19.1.
2. Description of the Service
2.1 Platform
CenterStage is a Software-as-a-Service platform supporting the preparation, management and operation of professional events, including webinars, virtual events and live productions. Depending on the Customer's commercial agreement and the features made available, the Service may include event management; speaker and event-content management (and presentation-image management where available); live event operations; streaming management and integrations; registration and participant access pages; event analytics; organization and user management; and APIs and automated integrations.
2.2 Service Evolution
2 Stream may maintain, improve and update the Service. Changes may be required for legal compliance, security, technical interoperability, material changes to third-party technology or the ongoing evolution of the Service. Where a change materially reduces functionality used by an existing Customer, 2 Stream will give at least 30 days' prior notice, except where advance notice is impracticable for urgent security, legal or operational reasons. If a non-urgent change materially diminishes the contracted Service, the Customer may terminate the affected Service before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused affected period. Any specifically negotiated change arrangements prevail where legally permitted.
3. Customer Accounts and Authorized Users
3.1 Organization Accounts and User Management
Each Customer uses the Service through an organization account. Subject to available functionality and permissions, the Customer may invite, add, manage and remove authorized users, and assign their access rights. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its authorized users are appropriately authorized and comply with these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
Authorized users must protect their authentication credentials. The Customer must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized account access and promptly inform 2 Stream of known or suspected security incidents affecting its accounts.
3.3 User Activities
The Customer is responsible for activities performed by its authorized users within their granted permissions, except to the extent those activities result from a breach of 2 Stream's legal or contractual obligations.
3.4 Access Restrictions
2 Stream may proportionately restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity or material breaches of these Terms. Where practicable, 2 Stream will notify the Customer and explain the conditions for restoration.
4. Commercial Terms and Fees
4.1 Service Plans
CenterStage is available through monthly subscription plans and per-event commercial arrangements. Applicable features, pricing, usage allowances and service entitlements are defined in the relevant commercial agreement, quotation or order confirmation.
4.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly. The contract term, renewal conditions, cancellation procedure and notice periods are defined in the applicable commercial agreement. These Terms do not independently establish automatic renewal conditions.
4.3 Per-Event Services
Customers may purchase services for individual events without a recurring subscription. Event-specific fees, included functionality, usage allowances and payment conditions are defined in the relevant quotation or commercial agreement. Such a purchase does not automatically create a recurring subscription.
4.4 Fees, Taxes and Payment
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods and deadlines are those agreed commercially or stated on the invoice; unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of receipt. Invoices will be issued in the legally required form, including structured electronic invoicing for transactions where applicable. Overdue undisputed amounts may incur statutory late-payment interest and recovery costs under applicable Belgian law. Additional charges must be disclosed to and accepted by the Customer before being incurred.
4.5 Pricing Changes
2 Stream may change standard prices for objectively justified reasons, including changes to applicable law, material third-party costs, security requirements or the development and operation of the Service. For an existing Customer, a material increase affecting a subsequent billing period will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer does not accept a material price increase, it may terminate the affected Service before the increase takes effect, without a termination charge arising solely from that increase, and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused affected period. The price of a confirmed event order and fees for an already-started paid subscription period remain unchanged unless expressly agreed otherwise. Individually negotiated price provisions prevail where legally permitted.
4.6 Non-Payment
For material non-payment, 2 Stream may suspend affected Services after reasonable written notice and an opportunity to remedy the non-payment. Suspension does not cancel payment obligations already incurred.
4.7 Evaluation Access
2 Stream may provide prospective Customers with temporary evaluation or demonstration access, potentially free of charge. Its duration, available features and conditions are communicated by 2 Stream. Such access may be amended or ended on reasonable notice and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Any subsequent paid use requires a commercial agreement.
5. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
5.1 Service Ownership and License
The Service, including its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, integrations and underlying technologies, belongs to 2 Stream or its licensors. Subject to the applicable commercial agreement and these Terms, 2 Stream grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during the applicable contractual period for its business operations and events. No ownership of the Service is transferred.
5.2 Customer Content
The Customer retains its rights in event information, presentations, documents, speaker materials, audiovisual works, branding and other content it supplies or manages through the Service (“Customer Content”). The Customer grants 2 Stream a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display Customer Content only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service and perform contractual obligations. 2 Stream does not acquire ownership of Customer Content.
The Customer represents that it has the rights and permissions needed to use and distribute Customer Content through the Service.
5.3 Trademarks and Publicity
2 Stream will not use the Customer's name, trademarks or logos in marketing or public customer references without prior authorization, which may be agreed separately in writing. This does not restrict display of the Customer's branding within its own organization or event pages as instructed by the Customer.
5.4 Developments and Feature Requests
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, improvements, integrations, customizations and new functionality developed for or incorporated into CenterStage belong to 2 Stream, including when requested or financially supported by a Customer. 2 Stream may make such features available to other Customers without additional compensation. Any specific development scope, fees and delivery commitments must be agreed separately. The Customer retains its pre-existing intellectual property, Customer Content, confidential information and trade secrets; disclosure of a feature request does not authorize 2 Stream to publish Customer confidential specifications. The Customer permits 2 Stream to use feedback and suggestions to improve the Service, provided this does not disclose Customer confidential information or personal data in violation of applicable law.
5.5 Operational Metrics
2 Stream may use technical telemetry and statistics about the operation of the Service to maintain, secure and improve it, subject to applicable data-protection law and confidentiality obligations. Aggregated information used for product analysis must not identify a Customer, a participant or any natural person, nor disclose Customer Content or confidential information. This clause grants no independent right to repurpose participant personal data.
6. Live Streaming and Third-Party Services
6.1 Streaming Arrangements
CenterStage enables Customers to configure and operate live streams through supported integrations. The underlying streaming infrastructure may be provided through services arranged by 2 Stream or through a third-party account contracted and managed by the Customer, as specified in the applicable commercial arrangement.
6.2 Streaming Arranged by 2 Stream
Where 2 Stream includes streaming services in its offering, the Customer may manage these services from CenterStage without needing a separate account with the underlying provider. The underlying infrastructure may be supplied by third parties. 2 Stream remains responsible towards the Customer for streaming services it has contracted to supply, including performance through subcontractors, subject to Clause 13. A subcontractor outage constitutes force majeure only if the requirements of Clause 17 are met.
6.3 Customer-Managed Providers
Where the Customer connects its own streaming-provider account, the Customer is responsible for the provider account, contract, subscription, permissions and credentials. The Customer authorizes 2 Stream to use supplied tokens and permissions solely to deliver the requested integration; 2 Stream will apply reasonable safeguards to credentials under its control. 2 Stream is responsible for its integration components, but not the independent operation, availability, pricing or contractual conditions of services separately contracted by the Customer. Material changes to supported integrations are subject to Clause 2.2.
6.4 Streaming Availability and Preparation
Live streaming depends on connectivity, encoding equipment, streaming infrastructure and content-delivery networks. 2 Stream uses commercially reasonable efforts to operate its platform and supported integrations properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming unless expressly agreed in writing. This does not release 2 Stream from its own contractual obligations or responsibility under mandatory law.
Customers are responsible for preparing events, checking content and undertaking appropriate pre-event technical tests and contingency planning.
6.5 Recordings
CenterStage does not itself host or store event video recordings: recordings, when enabled, are hosted by the applicable streaming provider. For streaming supplied through 2 Stream, the provider's available retrieval methods may include downloadable MP4 recordings; 2 Stream will provide reasonable information and assistance concerning available retrieval methods in accordance with the commercial agreement and applicable law. Availability, retention and the ability to export particular recordings depend on the streaming arrangement and provider configuration. Where the Customer contracts directly with a provider, the Customer ordinarily retrieves recordings through that provider's tools and contractual access. Using a third-party provider does not relieve 2 Stream of obligations that apply to services it has contracted to supply, including any mandatory data portability obligations under Clause 15.
7. Event Pages, Registration and Participants
7.1 Hosted Event Pages
The Service may host event registration pages, access pages and participant-facing experiences. The Customer configures and publishes its events. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, 2 Stream is a technology provider, not the organizer of the Customer's events.
7.2 Embedded Players
Customers may embed event players on their own websites through an iframe or similar supported mechanism. The Customer is responsible for its website, hosting environment and correct use of integration instructions. 2 Stream remains responsible for its own player and integration functionality, subject to these Terms.
7.3 Registration and Participant Data
Customers may configure forms and determine which participant information to request and why. Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of their registration requirements and participant communications. 2 Stream processes participant information within the scope of its contractual and data-protection obligations, including any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
7.4 Access Options
Subject to available functionality, Customers may set events as public, protected by a shared password or invitation-only. Customers choose appropriate access settings, administer invitations and manage access credentials. 2 Stream supplies the relevant access-control mechanisms but cannot guarantee that recipients will not share links, invitations or passwords. It remains responsible for breaches of its own security or access-control obligations as required by contract or law.
7.5 Event Content and Participants
Customers are responsible for the rights, legality and accuracy of their event content and for any event-specific participation conditions. Individuals registering for or viewing Customer events (“Event Participants”) do not thereby become Customers of 2 Stream. 2 Stream does not assume editorial responsibility for Customer events except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7.6 Event Analytics
CenterStage may provide statistics and reports concerning registrations, attendance, viewing activity, engagement and questions. Participation information, including certain attendance and viewing statistics, is available within the event participant data through the API. Data may originate from the Service or supported third-party integrations. 2 Stream uses commercially reasonable efforts to make reporting reliable, but measurements may be affected by technical limits, processing delays and differing methodologies; absolute accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. Customer-specific reports are treated as Customer Content, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection provisions.
8. Acceptable Use and Content Reports
8.1 Use Restrictions
The Customer must use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. It must not use the Service to distribute unlawful content; infringe copyright, performers' rights, image rights or other third-party rights; access systems or data without authorization; introduce malware; impair security or availability; circumvent technical controls; send unlawful unsolicited communications; or reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law permits it. The Customer is responsible for obtaining all permissions required for its events, including speaker releases and audiovisual or music licences.
8.2 Enforcement
2 Stream may take necessary and proportionate measures in response to unlawful content, credible security threats or material breaches. Measures may include limiting access to identified content, temporarily restricting an event, or suspending affected account functionality. In assessing reports, 2 Stream may use technical signals and human review, considering the information available, severity, context and applicable law. Where required by applicable law, 2 Stream will explain restrictions and available remedies to affected parties. It does not undertake routine editorial pre-approval of Customer events.
8.3 Reports of Allegedly Illegal Content
Reports regarding allegedly illegal content accessible through CenterStage may be sent to [email protected], identifying the specific event/page or content URL, the reasons for the allegation and sufficient contact details for follow-up. 2 Stream will examine sufficiently substantiated reports and take action where required by law. This channel is also the general contact for questions about content restrictions. Where applicable law requires a particular submission method, acknowledgement, statement of reasons or redress information, 2 Stream will provide it in accordance with that law.
9. APIs and Automated Access
Where offered, APIs, automation and integration interfaces may be used only within the Customer's authorized scope. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials and tokens and for the applications it authorizes. Actions through authorized integrations may be attributed to the Customer or the authorized user whose credentials or delegated permissions are used, except where attributable to 2 Stream's breach. 2 Stream may apply reasonable rate limits and security restrictions to prevent abuse and protect availability.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, commercial or technical information from the other. The recipient must protect it with reasonable care, use it only in connection with the contractual relationship and disclose it only to persons who need to know and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
These duties do not apply to information that becomes public without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed, is lawfully obtained from another source, or must be disclosed by law. Obligations continue after termination while the information remains confidential, subject to applicable law.
11. Data Protection
Each party shall comply with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR. For personal data collected and processed for a Customer's events under the Customer's instructions, the Customer generally acts as controller and 2 Stream as processor. 2 Stream may separately act as controller for its own account administration, billing, security and other independently determined processing, as explained in its Privacy Policy.
Where the GDPR requires an Article 28 data-processing agreement, the parties must enter into the DPA before the relevant processing starts, including for evaluation accounts using real participant data. The DPA governs subprocessors, security, breach notifications, transfers and return/deletion of personal data. A separate Privacy Policy does not replace the DPA. The Customer is responsible for providing required information to participants concerning the processing it determines. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights of data subjects.
12. Availability, Maintenance and Support
12.1 Availability
2 Stream uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security and proper functioning of the Service and to restore affected functionality following incidents. No specific uptime percentage or service-level agreement is promised unless expressly agreed in writing.
12.2 Maintenance
The Service may be temporarily affected by maintenance, security updates or improvements. Where reasonably practicable, 2 Stream will give advance notice of planned maintenance likely to cause significant interruption.
12.3 Support
2 Stream provides technical support primarily by email. It uses commercially reasonable efforts to respond to and address issues within reasonable timeframes having regard to their severity. No specific response time, resolution time or telephone support entitlement is guaranteed unless agreed separately.
13. Liability
13.1 General Principle
Each party is responsible for performance of its contractual obligations. This Clause allocates risk only to the extent permitted by Belgian and other mandatory applicable law.
13.2 Aggregate Liability Cap
Subject to Clause 13.4, the aggregate liability of either party arising from or in connection with the Agreement, whether contractual or extra-contractual (including negligence), shall not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Customer for the affected Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the first event giving rise to the relevant claim or related series of claims. This is a single cumulative cap for that event or related series of events, not a cap renewed with every claim. To the extent permitted by law, the limitations and defences in this Clause also benefit personnel and subcontractors involved in providing the Service.
13.3 Types of Loss
Subject to Clause 13.4, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost anticipated profits or lost business opportunities to the extent such loss may lawfully be excluded. The parties acknowledge that the legal characterization of loss depends on the circumstances, and nothing here excludes an available remedy for failure to perform an essential obligation where doing so would be unlawful. No separate blanket exclusion for loss or corruption of Customer Content is agreed.
13.4 Exceptions and Essential Obligations
Clauses 13.2 and 13.3 do not restrict liability for fraud or intentional misconduct; gross negligence where limitation is impermissible; death or personal injury where limitation is impermissible; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The cap does not limit the Customer's obligation to pay amounts contractually due. Neither the cap nor the exclusion of loss shall be interpreted to exclude liability for non-performance of an essential contractual obligation other than through force majeure where that exclusion is prohibited by Belgian law. The parties may negotiate a different lawful allocation of risk in their commercial agreement.
13.5 Evaluation Access
The absence of fees for evaluation access does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Evaluation access remains subject to the mandatory protections applicable to the parties.
14. Termination and Suspension
14.1 Duration and Ordinary Termination
Duration, renewal, cancellation and ordinary termination of subscriptions and per-event services are governed by the commercial agreement, subject to mandatory switching rights under Clause 15.
14.2 Material Breach
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable time following written notice describing the breach. For an irremediable material breach, the non-breaching party may exercise available termination rights without a cure period, in accordance with applicable law. If 2 Stream materially breaches and the affected Services end as a result, prepaid fees attributable to the unused affected period will be refunded, without prejudice to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.3 Suspension
2 Stream may proportionately suspend affected access for serious security threats, unlawful activity or material contractual breach. Except for urgent threats, it will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the problem. For material non-payment, Clause 4.6 applies.
14.4 Consequences and Survival
On termination, access may be disabled only subject to applicable data retrieval, switching, transition and deletion obligations in Clause 15 and mandatory law. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive, including confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, data return/deletion and dispute resolution, continue as applicable.
15. Customer Data, Switching and Retention
15.1 Existing Data Retrieval Methods
CenterStage provides access to Customer-managed event data through its documented API at https://api.centerstage.tv/docs/, subject to authentication, authorization, technical limits and applicable permissions. Structured data is generally retrieved in JSON through lists and event-specific requests. Event participants and questions can also be exported in CSV format using functionality implemented by the CenterStage frontend, which generates CSV files from API responses. Accessible files may be downloaded in their stored formats. These methods do not represent a single, complete organization archive or guarantee the export of every category of data in a single operation.
15.2 Switching Rights Where the EU Data Act Applies
Where Chapter VI of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 applies to the Service and the relevant arrangement, the Customer may initiate switching to another eligible data-processing service or porting of exportable data and digital assets to its own infrastructure, subject to the conditions and statutory exceptions of that Regulation. The notice period to initiate switching shall not exceed two (2) months. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the transitional period shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days following that notice period; if technical infeasibility warrants an extension, 2 Stream will provide the justification, revised period and support required by law. During an applicable switching process, 2 Stream will provide the assistance and continuity required by law.
The Customer will have at least thirty (30) calendar days following the transition period to retrieve exportable data and digital assets. Subject to lawful retention duties and data-protection requirements, 2 Stream will erase exportable data and digital assets when required by the Regulation. Termination following a completed switching process will take effect in accordance with applicable law. Any switching or data-egress charges must comply with the law in force at the time, including the rules applicable from 12 January 2027.
15.3 Exportable Categories, Formats and Third-Party Assets
Annex A describes the principal categories of Customer data and digital assets and the retrieval methods currently available. Where required by the EU Data Act, 2 Stream will provide the exhaustive category information, exclusions, procedures and additional switching information prescribed by that Regulation prior to contracting, and will make available the portability methods, formats and assistance required by law. The Annex does not waive any mandatory export right merely because a feature is not currently provided as a one-click export. Security credentials, proprietary internal data and third-party materials will be treated in accordance with applicable law, contractual rights and legitimate security requirements.
15.4 Other Data Return and Retention
Outside mandatory switching requirements, export and transition arrangements are those agreed commercially and required by applicable law. These Terms do not promise a permanent read-only account or a fixed general retention period. After termination, retention and deletion are governed by the contract, any applicable DPA and applicable law.
15.5 Third-Party Streaming Recordings
Recordings are held by the applicable streaming provider, not by CenterStage. Where the Customer holds its own provider contract, retrieval is ordinarily performed through that provider's facilities. Where streaming is supplied by 2 Stream, it remains responsible for applicable contractual and mandatory obligations concerning access and retrieval. For supported arrangements, provider-side MP4 export may be available, but no general CenterStage API recording-download endpoint is promised.
16. Changes to These Terms
2 Stream may update these Terms where objectively justified by changes to applicable law, security requirements, material changes in third-party dependencies or the evolution and operation of the Service. Material changes for existing Customers will be sent by email at least 30 days before taking effect, except for urgent legally or technically necessary changes. A Customer materially adversely affected by a non-urgent change may terminate the affected Service before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees attributable to the unused affected period. Continued use alone will not override individually negotiated agreements or mandatory consent requirements. Changes to prices and material functionality are also subject to Clauses 4.5 and 2.2.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure to perform to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control that could not reasonably be avoided or overcome. The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable mitigation measures. Payment obligations already due remain payable. If the event prevents substantial performance for a prolonged period, either party may terminate affected services on reasonable written notice, subject to applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction, disputes concerning the Agreement shall be submitted to the competent Dutch-speaking courts of Brussels, Belgium, including the Nederlandstalige ondernemingsrechtbank Brussel where it has subject-matter jurisdiction. The parties shall first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. The English-language version of these Terms prevails over any courtesy translation, where legally permissible.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement and Precedence
The accepted commercial agreement or order, these Terms and any expressly incorporated schedules constitute the agreement. In case of conflict, individually negotiated commercial provisions prevail generally; the DPA prevails for personal-data processing matters; these Terms prevail over informational documentation. A Customer's separate purchasing terms do not apply unless expressly accepted by 2 Stream in writing. Mandatory law prevails in all cases.
19.2 Severability and Non-Waiver
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
19.3 Assignment
Neither party may assign the agreement without the other's prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. 2 Stream may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or corporate restructuring provided that the Customer's contractual protections are not materially diminished and mandatory law is respected.
19.4 Notices
Notices under these Terms may be sent by email to the contacts designated in the relevant commercial agreement. The Customer shall keep its notice contact current; notices to 2 Stream may be sent to [email protected] unless a different address is specified in the commercial agreement. A notice is effective when received, unless applicable law requires another method. 2 Stream shall preserve records of the version of the Terms communicated for acceptance.
19.5 Subcontractors
2 Stream may use qualified subcontractors to deliver the Service and remains responsible for contracted services performed through them as provided in these Terms. Personal-data subprocessors are governed by the DPA.

Annex A — Customer Data and Switching Categories
This annex describes the main Customer data categories managed through CenterStage and the currently available retrieval routes. Availability of specific records depends on the Customer's configuration, permissions, account and applicable provider arrangements. It is not a representation that all assets can be downloaded through a single export operation. Where Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 requires more detailed or exhaustive switching disclosures, the legally required disclosures and procedures must also be supplied.
| Category | Current retrieval method | Notes and limitations |
|---|---|---|
| Organization settings and branding | Authenticated API (JSON), available branding assets | Original uploaded font files may not be retrievable; generated font formats may be accessible. |
| Users and access assignments | Authenticated paginated API (JSON) | Subject to organization permissions; authentication secrets are excluded. |
| Events, configurations and registration definitions | Paginated event list and event details (JSON) | Retrieval across events requires multiple API calls; sensitive tokens and passwords require secure handling. |
| Speaker details and images | API (JSON) and accessible image files | Retrieved individually or through pagination. |
| Presentation image assets, where used | API metadata and downloadable stored artifacts | CenterStage presentations consist of image assets rather than retained original PowerPoint files. Adding presentations is not currently supported in the standard application workflow; presentation workflows are often managed outside CenterStage. |
| Event documents and branding | API metadata and individual stored-file downloads | Original stored event documents are available individually; no general ZIP archive. |
| Participant registration, attendance and viewing information | Per-event API (JSON); frontend-generated CSV for supported participant data | Participant data also supplies certain viewing/attendance statistics. |
| Questions, polls, votes and invitations | Event details (JSON); frontend-generated CSV for supported questions | No organization-wide single-call export; retrieve event by event. |
| Live-operation content | Event-specific API (JSON) | Includes available moderator messages and prompter data; historical coverage may vary. |
| Streaming metadata and recordings | Event API for identifiers and playback metadata; provider-side retrieval for recordings | Provider-hosted video recordings are not downloaded via the CenterStage API. Depending on the provider and arrangement, MP4 export may be available through provider tools or with assistance. |
| Integration configuration | Authenticated API for applicable configuration fields | Secret keys, authentication tokens and internal protected information are not automatically included in export datasets. |
Formats: JSON for structured API data; CSV for supported frontend exports; stored binary formats for available documents and images; provider-supported formats (including MP4 where available) for recordings.
Retrieval process: Authorized Customers can consult the API documentation at https://api.centerstage.tv/docs/ and contact [email protected] for assistance with data retrieval or provider-side recording export. Available API access is subject to documented authentication and organization permissions.
Switching information: Applicable notice, transition, retrieval, termination and erasure rules are set out in Clause 15. Mandatory supplementary disclosures concerning excluded categories, technical restrictions, infrastructure jurisdiction and safeguards against unlawful third-country access to non-personal data will be made available where required by law.
